Doral Energy is looking for large Dutch companies in the gas and/or steel industry, to jointly establish an international consortium that focuses on hydrogen production, transportation, and on importing green hydrogen. The missions of the cooperation will be: 1. To find strategic geographical areas to produce green hydrogen (near industrial areas and/or gas pipelines) 2. To develop renewable energy facilities in strategic places to produce green hydrogen 3. To create Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) contract with off takers of green hydrogen in Europe 4. To purchase renewable energy facilities in strategic areas and convert them to green hydrogen production sites 5. To import green hydrogen to Europe and to sell it to gas companies, petrochemical and steel industries and other off takers
Doral is one of the largets renewable energy companies in Israel. The company started operates in the renewable energy sector since 2008 and is traded in the stock market of Tel Aviv since 2020.
Doral has over 500 international projects and facilities in Israel, Italy, Poland, Romania, Denmark and in 10 US States with pipelines of more than 11 GW. It develops PV plants, wind turbines, biogas facilities, etc.
Doral established last year its first green hydrogen project in Israel in cooperation with the Israeli SME H2PRO, and will produce green hydrogen at the end of 2023.
Doral invests in 10 renewable energy startups and in 2 startups with unique technology of electrolyser (H2PRO, VERAGDY) to produce green hydrogen efficiently and in large scale.
